Terms & Conditions

1. Print Approval

All artwork, sizing, colours, and placement must be approved by the customer prior to production.

Once approval is given, the order is considered final and changes cannot be made.



2. Handmade Printing Variations

Screen printing is a handmade process. Slight variations may occur in:
    •    print placement
    •    ink coverage
    •    colour tone
    •    texture and finish

These are not considered faults but normal characteristics of screen printing.



3. Garment Care Responsibility

Customers must follow provided washing and care instructions.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:
    •    incorrect washing or drying
    •    harsh detergents
    •    high heat drying or ironing over prints
    •    normal wear and tear after use.



4. Claims & Fault Reporting

Any print issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review or compensation.

Items must be:
    •    unworn
    •    unwashed
    •    returned for inspection if requested.



5. Remedies

If a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
    •    repair where possible
    •    partial refund
    •    store credit
    •    reprint at our discretion

Cash refunds or full replacements are not guaranteed.



6. Customer-Supplied Garments

We are not liable for damage to customer-supplied garments during printing, as printing involves heat and pressure processes.

Replacement value is not covered.



7. Colour Matching

Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed due to:
    •    screen differences
    •    fabric types
    •    ink absorption variations.



8. Order Acceptance

Payment of invoice confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
